At The BikeBox Deanne will take you through a challenging workout with a combination of boxing/strength and cardio exercises, at a level that is right for you.

Your trainer, Deanne:  I've been working in the fitness industry for 13 years and boxing and training in Kick boxing for a majority of that time.  I taught Impact for 3.5 years, and was assistant coach for Les Mills Fight Club for 2 years.

 

One person:  $60 for a 50 minute session

 Two - four people:  $40 per person for a 50 minute session

Bring your own gloves and wraps if you have them, OR borrow some of our gloves.
